Wow what an event!!!!

Race 1 I qualified P5, which was a good qually for me. I had a bit of a bad start and got swallowed up going in to T1. The first few laps were very rough, real touring car style and I slipped back through the field trying to be too careful and making many mistakes. I eventually settled and had a nice fight with Jamie first and then Yoeri till the end of the race. This race I enjoyed.


Race 2. Qualified P8..Mmm not a good lap.

Race started well and was able to hold position. I saw Simon go wide after someone made contact with him which open the track for me a little. The first lap was again really hectic and everyone doing really well to avoid each other in the tight field.
The front two managed to open a very small gap which left a five or six car train, Vedran, Marin, James, Rickard and I having a fantastic fight with extremely close racing right up to the pit stops. Guys I commend you all for the great driving we all showed in those 5or 6 laps.
After the pit stop I was in P4 with Simon about 5secs ahead and James coming out just behind me after his stop. I know James was really quick so I didn’t defend when he made his move and thought I would just try stay with him and see how it goes. Now in P5 I actually thought that Simon still had to stop, but was wrong. For the rest of the race I could see James and Simon having a nice fight with James eventually taking P3. Well done Simon you had a great race to fight back and finish where you did after going off in T1.

Thanks guys for a great race, one of my most enjoyable so far.
