@Martin Poláček

Seriously, you need to sort your Internet out. 1st race you were all over the place. I tried to pass you a few times, but you lagged so much, so it was impossible. 2nd race was ruined for me. All of sudden you disappeared and then you re-appeared (I think, I never saw you) and I bumped into you. And then I think you bumped me, so I lost control and smashed into the barrier.

Few, quite intense racing.

Qualifying with race fuel again, I scored a position somewhere in the midfield IIRC - started fairly lousy and lost a few positions. Regained them throughout the next laps and had some great close racing with Michel until I passed him in L4 (some bumping here and there, but nothing bad in my opinion, same goes with Gundars, I actually don't even know where you might've bumped me ;)).
The rest of the pack had built quite a gap until then, but pushing it a bit did the trick to close that.
Unfortunately, that's around the point when Martin's connection started to lag heavily which caused him to full-stop server wise and me to kinda-stop into his car's rear bumper - out into the gravel, suspension damage. Lost quite a few places, of course, but managed to fight my way back to P9 until Dennis launched a vicious attack onto me in the last corner putting me... into P8/Pole for Race#2 :D

Started fairly well and kept P1 for the first half of the race although Martin and Daniel were pushing hard. During lap 6, I altered my racing line to keep Martin behind me, but that was only good for that much corners - he passed, and Daniel followed soon afterwards. We still stuck together for the next kilometres, until Martin's connection kicked in again, unfortunately. I slightly bumped into him and could recover, Daniel wasn't so lucky and DNF'd :(.
While I kept P2, I opted for the safe way for the remaining 2-ish laps and brought it home (thankfully, Nelson and Radek behind me kept losing time battling each other :D).

Thanks for racing everyone, see you next time!

I'm really sorry Daniel. I thought it would be a horrible experience for you. But trust me theres nothing I can do. I can either stop racing or race with the internet that I have. There is no other provider in the area where I live. And It's not like I could pay for my own internet if there was a different provider. It is what it is and it can't be any better at the moment. I never felt any contact and I'm sorry for what happened.

Being my first online race, it was one of the most intense set of minutes ever!
I am still quite a long way from the pace in qualifying, but with a safe setup for the race I was able to pick up the speed at the end with some tyre lifespan left.
In the 1st race someone sent me spinning, and the 2nd was quite amazing, especially the fight with Dennis and the climb to an unexpected 5th!

Thank you everyone and I am eager for more racing!

I had all of the speed I could muster. A practice session yesterday helped. Today I spent two hours trying to reduce tire temps but there was little hope, nothing worked and of course some things really lost me time. In the end I drove and I had reasonable times, hot LF tire but.....

Race 1: Close racing and some light contacts with Gundars, sorry. Later in the race, while Bjorn was chasing me down I had another glimpse of Gundars but had to come up with a deal for either Martin or Bjorn . Martin wanted nothing of my deal so I forced Bjorn to take the pole.

Race 2: A good start for me but as usual, a slow dropping back and all I could do was try and catch David until Rui came up from behind. Well I tried to maintain a gap but he was very persistent.

@Martin Poláček , you really do need to get a better connection if you want to have friends to race with. Are you maybe using a wireless connection to your PC? If so that is the culprit. All on TS understand your problem but that's just not good enough. Sorry, it's not right that peoples drives get ruined because of your problem.

No I don't have a wireless connection. As I said in my previous post there's nothing I can do. So I guess that does it for my online racing.

Well, won't be able to make it Thursday, and I can't limit myself to just one event a week, can I? I'm in! :)

The good news: The Mini's a lot more gentle to the left front tyre/the tyres in general.
The bad news: I haven't driven them for quite a while :D On to some training laps.
