As long as we continue to use the STCC race rules (pitstops and superpole), and keep to the shorter tracks, the STCC feel should remain the same.
Really, there is not much difference by adding the S2000 cars, most of them are available to STCC anyway, especially when William adds the Toledo. I think the Peugeot 407 and Alfa GTA are the only ones that will be missing.

sign me up i've been praticing on this track it's a very nice and technical track and did i mention its very fast too ..............

High-res landscape for Spa - http://www.artsonika.com/index.php?option=com_remository&Itemid=27&func=fileinfo&id=30, works better on some PCs than others. No noticeable framerate hit and no mismatch with the RD server. Worth a try.

I would urge caution about using this sort of mod for on-line races here. I'm sure it makes the scenery look better, but it must have an impact on PC performance for those with lesser PC's, and maybe the overall server lag also.
Who has time to admire the scenery when racing anyway?? :wink2:

I did test it, but of course the usual disclaimers apply, I didn't notice any framerate hit, especially with it being such a low-res track anway. Doesn't seem to work as well with the 1.1 version as it did with the 1.0 version anyway.

I was still getting 180FPS (albeit by myself) on a 7800GT, AMDX2, 2GB RAM (so poor lol), so I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem.
