Oh nooooooo, my favourite car, and home GP, and i cant participate... ajjajjjajjjjj...

I have special great memories for this combo, we had a nice challenge here with Minis with Gregory Cogotti and Yves Larose, we stretched each other to the max, and at the end both 3 of us got into the 1:23-s in TA mode, and i got at the end beaten by Gregory! Well done buddy!

I'm a bit concerned I've made a mistake choosing the FBMW seeing as I've never driven them before!!!

If anyone wants to swap an E90 or E46 just shout up, the last thing I want is to be all over the place and ruining anyones race.

Yeah m8, nice memories too, but i 'm sure you can beat me. I have made this time with the clutch, braking with right foot and with the H grid shifter (In this time I did not know the advantages of the braking left foot). I'm sure now it's possible to turn in 1:53.5. I wonder wich time Sander Hogendoorn can do here?

I need to practise pit stops so I can finish top 5-6 instead of running hard for half the race and then ruining my race, like the last two events, with a balls pit stop. :lol:

Are pit stops mandatory and if so how are they monitored?

On lap 5 i moved to the outside into turn 2 and he moved down the inside to try and defend - i tired to go in wide and then cut back in to get him on the exit but ended up clipping the back of his car as i couldn't see where it was easily, then i tapped him as he spun it but there was nothing else i could do. Watching the replay showed how slow he went into and around the corner, much slower than his normal race pace which was probably the main reason i ended up hitting him. Racing incident really, and while it may have annoyed him he didn't need to swear and complain about it.

i watched replay last night and it looks like onslow-cole v plato in race3 knockhill BTCC. only difference i would say is in a league race you carry on and take any punishment the directors impose, you did have option to slow down and let him back past in this friendly event. remember guy coming on an inside line is likely to be slower than normal, he's having to come in off line and is also likely to sit on the apex a bit slower and longer to stop the switch back attempt. this doesn't condone his language though.

Yeh, its easy to say with hindsight though... i probably would have slowed if he hadn't have just parked it straight away as i was looking behind to see what he did - ill happily leave it, its just i don't see why we needed that sort of language.
