F1 2013 Mid Season offer from Sauber

I'm in my second season with Toro Rosso (Joined last mid season). Leading with 29 points. I have completed hungarian grand prix and got a mid season from sauber. Should i switch? is sauber faster than toro rosso?

Currently i have won 4 races and have never been on pole. was 3rd fastest in germany and hungary. Will it be possible to get pole or front row with sauber or not?

p.s. my goal is to join ferrari or red bull next season

I started with Sauber and was unable to put the car on Pole fro the first half of the season (thats as far as i have gotten so far), but it might depend on your AI setting. I am running one step down from Legend in my Career.

I accepted offer from sauber. got pole in monza. my settings are breaking assist low, auto gearbox and TC on. now leading table with 208 points. chose hamilton as rival so i can get in Mercedes next season
