Merging two tracks and then....

Hi, my question is just, when you merge two tracks how did you program the "track" what must I do to start my stage (RBR) on the first track, at the "merge" crossroad, second track, continue on it...
When I test it in the 3d view or after exporting it on RBR I could only drive on the first track...
