Can't tell you why we did not make it earlier, but now you're on the list!
Sign me up please. Thanks
Super Truck @ Adelaide?
Sign me up!
Just replace me entirely with one big fat "Maybe", that's how I generally feel anyway.
(That being said, it looks like I will make it tonight.)
You're in guys
Snuck myself in
Note to myself: Don't go into a race with already 4 beers downed
Mid section extremely close together and such a great car/track combination.
Really enjoyed it although i was really unsatisfied with my own performance in races, but that just shows that RD club races are a completely different thing than AC pub lobbies
Thanks for the fun guys, was awesome!
Best race yet! almost had a win, if it wasnt for that meddling Mat!
Yeah, so I went into the race without any practice or setup (thanks, @KODIAK, yours definitely helped!), with freshly installed untested firmware update in my router to hopefully help with my disconnect issues (didn't help ) *and* with the clutch and throttle springs in my pedals swapped for a bit stiffer throttle.
What could possibly go wrong?
So yeah, it went more or less as expected. The second race was better I guess, though the connection was acting up a bit still and messed me up at one point by warping the car in front of me I was closely following, which was not a fun experience. And my leg hurts from the throttle pedal and I'm really not sure if I should tough it out or switch the springs back.
Still, thanks for the race!
if anyone is trying to learn how to setup a car, try this:
after learning what each thing does, watch this to learn, where to start and what to look for and correct it.
@Steve Le Gallez could you link to that setup guide you mentioned
