So the quick set up's are quite good but containing only standard!
I tested the last 2 days only, mainly in Singapur.Und I'm pretty well on my opinion, 1:41.842 with Ferarri. (Rang/147)
I am an unofficial time of 1:41.141 also drove Ferarri.

Could you guys please elaborate on what 'doesn't work'? Is it the top speed? not enough downforce? Too twitchy on the kerbs? By providing a little more details it might be possible for others to improve the setup and make it work

I haven't tried out any setup for this track yet, but the track layout seems like it could use a setup like monaco.. don't take my word for it tho, when it comes to setting up cars i'm still quite the noob, as I've noticed after trying some other setups posted by the more experienced guys over here

Managed a 1:41:301 in a red bull (PS3 using G25, used the racing line cuz i don't know the track yet but no other assists). It's not among fastest on the board but that's probably more because of me then because of a bad setup

I raised the ride height a little to get over the curbs more easily, and decreased gear ratio because of the short straights, as well as some other minor changes. I'm gonna have a go at budapest tonight, i think I'm starting to like a time trial mode in a game for the 1st time lol

This got me pole on Professional difficulty (high 1:47). I'm sure many of you could do better, as I'm not the greatest race driver, but the car feels good to drive. Maybe you could mess with the gearing a little, as with this you take the last corner in the low 5th, so acceleration out of it is not great, but I haven't noticed any other issues. Except the curbs. The curbs here are made of concentrated primordial evil.

Thats right, the real lap in Marina Bay was 1'45' by Alonso. Wait until there is a fix for this. I am new to this game on PS3 but I follow Formula for the past 10 years.

Plus I find it weird that so many really different setup adjustments can give around the same best lap time. I mean, all the way up vs all the way down on height, wings, springs, anti rollbar, should have some impact on lap times despite the driving style. As it is, it seems that anything works for this track.

Tried lots of different setups too and I mean LOTS. Nothing works for my Virgin on Career mode as well. Not even DavorM's. But again, I'm hating street circuits with a KB in this particular game.

Well, here's what got me 1:47.500 sharp with the Virgin on KB, at Qualifying (pole atm). Could've done a lot better with a wheel, I suppose. (1:45.4 with option tires, 1:46.8 at the race with prime tires after the pit)

k i've come up with a setup on ps3 using a controller hard as hell with the lotus used DavorM's setup as a template and my time was 1:49.287 yes i know its not really fast but its the best time i can get so far with this setup and the car seems to handle better. See wat u think let me know pls:

So i try to give some small Tips for this Course and how i managed this time.

With my Setup u will be able to get some Advance from cutting some Curbs for e.g. the small Shicane and the Curbs of some wide spreaded Curves.

On this Track u need to get some Breaking energy into some Curves so its nessesary to get your Braking-Balance to the Heck. So u will be able to steer into the Curves right when u are Breakin. This works on some other Courses like Monza aswell.

So try out wich Curbs u can hit and which not. Some give u advance in Steeering into/out of Curves and some (mostly in the Hard edged Curves) will make u spin out.

Take ure Time to Train on the Tracks and to find best Setups and u will be able to own the whole Season even on Legend Mode and with the slowest Cars. (Best is to get u on Pole and then u will be the Man who finishes on Place 1!)
