Mapping Buttons to Joystick Axis

My Fanatec wheel has a self-centering joystick and I've briefly mapped rF2 camera functions to it. Only briefly because I found it too easy to accidentally nudge the view while driving (whoops!). They're usually better for menu selections, like pit menus.
