*IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ*

Historic racing is famous for the gentleman racer era and that is the kind of atmosphere that I'd like to foster in the club. Please take time to read these web pages and try to get an understanding of what racing in this club is/should be all about.

Thanks

  1. Be 100% sure it's not your fault and just carry on like nothing happened and take the risk of being banned for 30 days.
  2. Play on the safe side and wait for the affected drivers, knowing 100% sure you will not get a ban.
Track limits
  1. No more than 2 wheels over the white/yellow line without a complete lift of the gas please if it is safe to do so.
You will be penalized if you break our rules

Hellooo,
just had a quick spin in all three cars.

The Mazda and the Sauber are pretty equal in laptimes while the mazda being the more controllable car in corners.
The Merc is a bit faster in corners but more on the edge. It might be the quicker car in good hands.

The Porsche is the fastest on the straights, but it suffers in corners imo. Dunno if he would keep up with the other two.

All three cars where driven with the low downforce option, wheel covers (if available) etc. and one click on the final ratio for more speed.

Just wanted to share my experiences, looking forward on how the others see/feel it....

Cheerio

@Denis Betty and @Jack Smith let me know which car your gonna drive and i'll try to make your skin ;)
Hi Yves. I usually take the Toyota because it already has a default LS skin. However, I always get the feeling it's not as quick as the other two cars, so I'm gonna have a quick test this evening. I was thinking that I may take the Porsche... until Daniel's post that the Porsche is slow.

I tryed the sauber, but it doesn't drive out of the pit, car is a bit whobbeling, I tryed with highest suspension but the same, back wheels are spinning. Then I tryed to set some ai and rejoin to get another pit place but they were gone again when I already rejoined. Anyone else have the same issue? tryed it a couple of times also with restart from RF2.

The 787 sounds an drive awesome!

I didn't get to to test. I'm tired. I guess I'll just stick with the Mazda and use the Lucky Strike skin. :)

Yes same for me Stan ... rebooted game also but no good. Sauba just spins in one spot as if hung up but can't see where.
