I hope all cars are on pace with each other and the standard car setup works...
They're all capable of roughly the same pace, but each has it's own handling characteristics. They also deliver their power differently because some are turbo and others not. I would advise trying out each car to find the one that suits your own driving style.

As for setup, the default setups in R3E are generally pretty good. I rarely change anything at all other than fuel amount and they work fine.

Definitely struggled a bit more at this track. Initially things felt great, but as soon as my front left started to overheat I found it hard to turn at all. Massively reduced lap times for the second half of each race. Softening the springs helped a bit at least with the wear, but I was still overheating quite early on.

But to be honest, I can't really complain with two 4th place finishes, given the pace of the guys in front. :)

Race 1 chase Steve K, can't catch him, again.

Race 2 I made a most awesome pass on JJ Martin into the chicane only to miss the 5-4 downshift :x3:and then when I did find a gear it spun me sideways in front of JJ and Steve K in the middle of the chicane. Everybody made it through unscathed. Had a hard fought battle with JJ for a couple laps:thumbsup:. Later it sounded like I scared JP when I was closing in fast coming to the chicane, but I let him stay in front for a few more corners;) There I was chasing Steve K and not being able to catch him, again.

Bit delayed because of the ongoing forum work, but here are the results:

Come on guys! I know it's not the most popular content in the sim, but it's a free event to draw in some new blood. A four car grid isn't very good for promotional purposes though... :(

Sorry I'll have to miss this.

Trying to get a business up and running so taking work whenever I can, might make it difficult to know if I can race until a hour before it's due to start.
