Low end pc users feedback needed

Not server specs, the game specs.. Have to do it myself, would've been great to mention it..

MINIMUM:

CPU: 2.4 GHz Intel Core 2 or 2.4 GHz AMD Athlon x2
Memory: 2 GB
Video Card: nVidia 8600 GT or ATI/AMD 3850
Video Memory: 256MB
Operating System: Microsoft Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7
DirectX: 9.0c
Storage: 4 GB
Internet connection required.

RECOMMENDED:

CPU: 3.0 GHz Intel Core 2 Duo or 3.0 GHz AMD Athlon II x2 or better
Memory: 4 GB+
Video Card: nVidia 250 GTS or ATI/AMD 4870 or better
Video Memory: 512MB+
Operating System: Microsoft Windows Vista 64bit, Windows 7 64bit
Storage: 4 GB+

So definitely not for my PC.

Operating system: Win7 32-bit.
RAM: How big? 4.00 GB(2.96 useable)
Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) 2 Duo CPU P8400 @2.26GHz 2.27GHz
Graphics card: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 4650 (It says 1767MB there)
Free hard drive space: About 43GB
Wheel make/model and connection type (USB, game port etc): Logitech G27 USB
Monitor: Laptop, 1366x768

As it's a laptop, it is not perfect. Will I ble able to run rF2 okayish?

Your system is fairly similar to mine David and rF2 is running ok (but not exactly brilliantly) on my machine with minimum graphics settings. My impression so far is that even on minimum there's a significant hit on fps compared to rFactor 1, but it's early days and hopefully the ISI guys can make improve the performance a little as the game develops.

By looking on my rig.

CPU: Intel Core# i7 Hexa Processor i7-970 Hexa Core, 3,2Ghz
GPU: Gainward GeForce GTX 580 3072MB PhysX
RAM: Corsair XMS3 DDR3 1600MHz 12GB (ye, I know, DDR3... -.-)
(same OS, and a SSD)

And I'm barely making it alone on the track, I would have to say... No.

Quite interesting for a laptop. It doesn't seem like I could buy a new PC, so until I can really not play, I'll have to use my laptop.

CPU: Phenom 9500 2.4ghz quad core (the old one)
GPU: nv 8800GT 512mb (fans turned up with riva tuner [small overclock]
RAM: standard factory 2gb (2x 1gb)

I have had a good exp with this setup so far, framrate holding around @ 30fps with all game settings @ medium x4aa.
However when I tried some rain it got very buggy with sky textures and such breaking up and blocking the view of the track. Happy so far. :)

I would not consider that a low end PC, did you try everything maxed out, or did you also lower the settings?
