low average fps all of a sudden?

So i have a rtx 2080ti with i9 900k and I've been having an average of 90-115fps with CM/SOL 2.0/ CSP 1.70 but i noticed after a race the other day my frames were lower than usual (sometimes dropping as low as 30fps) and I switched ppf to see if it helped and it did a little but when I switched back to the former ppf, the game got worse. I changed a few settings to see if I could get performance back and I cant. Switching from 1080p to 4k has very little affect . what settings cause the most damage to performance? any help would be awesome. I've already checked the windows directory thing and that didn't work.

I guess that something must have gone very wrong with the latests versions of CSP because everybody is having severe problems of performance. Maybe the best idea is to stick with an older version or disable CSP until it is fixed.

yea, i went back to version 1.68 and it got a little better but still getting 59fps at night which seems low
