Looking for track authors to get permission to use tracks in a mod

Any idea how to contact these guys to get permission to use their tracks in a mod?

Update 7/4/22: I'll be updating permissions in the mod from now on to avoid having more than one place to update.

I think i can speak for myself and Motorfx, Bill Guillaume in giving permission for these tracks, both have left the sim scene.
I worked on all these tracks also, so go ahead.

There is a user here on RD called zwiss who does AC mods. Maybe the same one that did the GTR2 Spa?

Since the demise of nog rip I have only seen derDumeklemmer on one of the German GTR2 sites. Anything regarding GPLEA you can probably find at SRMZ.

The username is on Race Department and I sent a message but haven't heard anything. Anyone know how to contact them?
