PC1 Looking for info - Car Paint Templates

Where can I find these? Does anyone know of a resource/video tutorial on how to create custom skins? I see custom skins available to DL on several forums but have no idea where to get the templates. Thanks in advance.

Templates are there (if you have access to the forum). You have to use photoshop/gimp/some other photo editing program to make the skins.

Any chance these could be moved to a non-WMD only place now that the game is released? Would love to get to painting some cars but the only templates are locked behind the WMD portal forum.

Any chance someone could just put them on a download space somewhere? (Or better yet here). Don't want to register to yet another in a huge list of forums for just one thread's downloads.
