Apex online racing do quite a bit of Project cars 2 leagues.

VSR Simracing a german community does league racing in PCars 2, on Friday the LMP2 league finishes, but next moth there will be a Group 5 League racing season.

Most of the people there are average players that enjoy racing, so it's not just aliens.
New Faces are welcome, and although it's mostly german, english is not a problem, in the last season we had hungarian players and with english and some hungarians who could translate, it went well.
