Looking for Arduino button layout feedback

Looking for feedback on some button layout using an Arduino. I know it's probably cleaner to use a bodnar board but i have an extra Arduino laying around. I guess my only "concern" is will the bottom 4 toggle switches work in this configuration? They're meant to be the momentary 3 way toggle so you could use them for adjusting swaybars or fuel mixture, etc. Any help is appreciated!
