Looking for advice on triple screen simrig with two extra monitors using 2070 Super

Hi all,
Looking for some advice on the maximum amount of monitors that can be used for simracing on a system that is also used for other gaming.

At the moment I'm using an Asus 35" 3440x1440p 21:9 ultrawide monitor and a 24" 1920x1200p monitor. The 35" Asus is being used for racing and general gaming. The 24" is used as a secondary screen (leaderboard, timing, circuit map) while racing.

I have a Simlab P1-X on order along with three benq 32" 2650x1440p ex3203r monitors.
I'd like to add the 24" to the simrig as a fourth monitor for leaderboards etc.

My pc has a RTX2070 Super which has 3x DP and 1x HMDI port. The RTX2070 Super has a maximum resolution of 7680x4320p.

So, current setup;
AMD3700X, RTX2070S
1x 21:9 ultrawide (3440x1440p) Used for racing and other stuff
1x 16:10 (1920x1200p) Used for leaderboard etc.

Future setup:
AMD3700X, RTX2070s
3x 32" 16:9 (7680x1440p) Used for racing
1x 24" 16:10 (192x1200p) Used for leaderboard etc.
1x 35" 21:9 (3440x1440p) Not used for racing, but for other stuff

My questions are:
2650x3 is 7680 so will it even be possible to use the 24" as a fourth display on the 2070s taking into account the maximum supported resolution?
Would a cheap extra GPU be needed or even work for the fourth screen for racing?
I'd also like to keep the 35" 3440x1440p monitor for general gaming and other genaral usage. Would this mean that I'd have to switch cables and display settings every time I want to use the system for anything other then racing?


FYI: I run an AMD 3700X CPU which doesn't have onboard graphics.
