I for some reason cannot get my wheel to respond to the settings I have.

In the Profiler I set in the Specific Game Setting the following:
I have checked the box for Use Specific Force Feedback Device Settings
    Overall Effects Strength is 100%
    Spring Effect Strength is 0%
    Damper Effects Strength is 0%
I have the box checked for the Enable Centering Spring and it is set at 0%
I checked the box for Use Special Steering Wheel Settings and I set the Degree of Rotation at 200
I checked the box that is Use Special Game settings.
Now when I launch the game the wheel rotates to the left then to the right the 200 degrees. However once I start driving the wheel has 450 degrees of rotation. What am I doing wrong.
