F1 2019 logitech profiler not launch game

I have my logitech profiler set to launch the game exe but it does not launch game. Works on F1 2018 exe so think it must be because when launched from Steam we get options/choose either DX12 or DX11. Choosing DX11 launches game okay so anyone know a way around this?

On the other hand which is the best setting of your Logitech steering wheel, I have the G29.

I've tried putting dx11 command in Steam launcher but did not work. So I just run the logitech profiler but game exe not starting so I then launch game from Steam and select dx11. It works that way so leaving it that way unless find an way to launch from logitech profiler. As for my settings similar to F1 2018:

In logitech profiler use
Effects Strength at 108
Spring at 0
Damper at 0
Enabled Centering Spring
Centering Spring Strength at 0
Ticked Use Special Steering Wheel Settings
Rotation at 360
Ticked both Special game setting and allow Game to adjust settings

In game wheel settings
FFB is on
Strength at 42
Track effects at 18
Rumble strip at 25
Off track at 18
Wheel damper at 6
understeer is on

Steering have no deadzone
Have small deadzone for brake and throttle plus throttle linearity at 44 but playing around with that setting

Give that try and see how it feels.

Strength at 38
Track effects at 0
Rumble strip at 0
Off track at 0
Wheel damper at 6
understeer is on

Steering : 0-15-0
Throttle: 3-65-0
Brake: 3-15-30

In F2 adjust lower FFB (35)
