F1 2013 Lacking top speed!

Hey fellow drivers.
Sometimes i have a weird bug..
I need top speed! Some times i can race and hit the seventh gear rev limiter just fine, and other times it can't quite come all the way up there, the rev counter.

It is with the same setup, a low downforce (2 front 1 rear), and it happened at my league race yesterday aswell. Got overtaken on the straight every time, even though they didnt have DRS.

Have anyone of you ever tried this?

A few guys in our league have had this problem, but it was a result of their wheel and pedals. They are using Madcats wheels racing on xbox. The fix for this is changing their throttle saturation to 30-40%

Maybe your throttle is not working properly...

If it was my throttle, the problem would be there all the time. But sometimes my top speed is just fine. It's weird

Maybe tell people what wheel you are using and which platform you are on, and perhaps someone else has had the same issue and can help you.
