Kunos Icon Missing from Car Selection (CM)

I'm not sure what happened, but the Kunos Icon is missing from the car selection screen in Content Manager. In the Kunos cars, the ui_car.json files, the text still shows as: "author": "Kunos". *Edit: see post below
Icons from other cars such as RSS, ASR, VRC are still there.
I was trying to install the 289 Shelby Cobra mod from Old Rebel.
That is now the only car that shows a Kunos icon!
In it's ui_car.json the text shows as: "author": null
CM Analyzer says it's a Kunos car, but I'm sure I used the contents from the "shelby_cobra" folder, not the "shelby_cobra_427sc". In fact, I just tried reinstalling the mod and have the same issue.
Any ideas? I'm stumped. Thanks in advance!

Upon further investigation, I now see that in all of the Kunos cars ui-car.json files, the text now shows:
"author": null

This explains why the icon no longer appears, but doesn't explain how the were changed en masse!

Ilja from Content Manager kindly helped me out.
He explained that CM uses the GUIDs.txt file to get the list of IDs of Kunos cars.
Evidently, I placed the sfx folder included with the mod into the wrong directory
(E:\Steam\steamapps\common\assettocorsa\content). Thus, overwriting the Kunos file.
I should placed the sfx folder into the mod's directory.
Bottom line ... I didn't follow the directions!
