Killing the flickering bugs - No flickering rain or shine

In the quest to improve the rain or smoke graphics, CM has overdone it and creating irritating on off switch type of flickering in rain or smoke.
This mod attempts to kill the flickering bugs. After spending hours testing it for all circuits, more than 90% of flickering in race are gone and there are some traces in flashbacks and replays. Some circuits (Sepang, Shanghai, Canada and Singapore) are so bad I have to adjust the rainfall closer to that of 2012 so they will not be as realistic. For...

Oh, daylight Singapore. Hm, did anyone do this for 2012, too? If not, is it easy adaptable, looks really nice at daytime.

If i want to keep the flickering bug fix but without the blue flame, what can i do?

Winner updated Killing the flickering bugs with a new update entry:

Options of original flame or blue flame for 80's classic

Now you can install with original orange flame or mixture of orange/blue flames for 80's classic. Choose your preference using the respective folders in the rar file.
If you have installed ver 1, or you change your mind later, you can use post installation change flame folders to change from blue to orange or orange to blue.
Make the reelvant backups before replacing any file. As this is a visual mod, it will not corrupt saved games or affect car performance.

@Winner Is it possible to add time transition to tracks? Singapore FP3 will start in day light but ends in Night.

What does this mean? Does this mod make it so the LOD is poor for a low spec PC?
