Joy To Key Software

Has anyone had this software working on Win 7 64bit and can offer a little advice to get me up and running.

I've tried allocating buttons 3 and 7 to the letters G and K but when I open notepad and move the shifter to operate buttin 3 or button 7 then the letters aren't displayed in notepad.

Any advise would be appreciated.

Autohotkey usually does the trick if you are willing to change software.

I've managed to get the JoyToKey software working by selecting the correct Joystick but I've run into another problem
with the H Shifter plugin, it won't allow you to allocate multiple key presses for one gear selection - I'm going to have
to rewire the the button connections on the Leo Bodnar board to make each individual gear selection just one button
on the controller
