You must have the DLC with devon butler and use the EGO ERP ARCHIVE program to replace the textures. Anyway in the next few days I will load the copy and paste version.

Follow the guide.
Insert the modular mods files you want in the Active folder, open them with Ego ERP and replace the textures you prefer.
