As a workaround you can create your own lights.ini, I posted an example on the page before. Just make sure to start the race via Content Manager and check the setting 'use unpacked data if found'

Just finished a couple of hundred test kilometers, tweaking the lights ...

Looking good! I'd meant to get that taken care of after the C6 update, but I didn't have time to do it before leaving the country.

Have the gauges been separated from the dash yet so they can also be lit?

The windscreen reflects the road in cockpit view so as it moves over tarmac it's like driving through a faint snow storm (or looking through old analogue TV interference for us non-Millennials). It's a common problem and easily solved, apparently. I've done it myself before but can't remember exactly how right now. Anyone?

Edit: the 'read only' trick mentioned earlier won't solve this, just in case anyone was about to suggest it.

Sam is aware of the windscreen issue and in talks with some specialists on the topic ;-)
Unfortunately in this mods case simply assigning the correct ksWindscreen shader is not the solution - environment reflection disappear but magically also so does the entire windscreen :-(

If anyone of the super talents here could lend a hand and hint how to do the windscreen shader and objects correctly to have proper external windscreen reflections but no more internal environment reflections it would be highly appreciated

Internal windscreen has its own shader. i think. Can't remember so accurately. And maybe has to be named correctly. Should be written in car modding pipeline.

thank you for removing the annoying reflection in the windshield with 1.2 but now if you could also get rid of the annoying pink stripe that just appeared it would be even better.

Great, here are two things I have noticed:
- When jumping over huge bumps (such as missing the 1967 Mulsanne corner :D) the front wheels glitch through the wheel wells, I don't know whether this is fixable.
- For me it is possible to change gears pressing none of the pedals.
