OK, I just did a few laps and my best was 1:19.789 and that wasnt even a very good lap, I changed the spring stiffness to 1 from 3 from my previous setup and some changes to alignment and gear, 1:19.5 with a perfect lap I think, will try more tomorrow.

Hi, here goes my first setup. Im on career mode and i always struggle to find setups that dont destroy the tyres after just a couple laps. So for those on a small team in career mode this should work nicely. I did a 1:28.764 in Q3 5th on the grid
(legend AI). On PS3.

I used Andrew Bortz Setup - here's the result.

The Setup has worked flawlessly on Time Trial and works great Online - it works very well with WET weather too

This was a good set-up for me. Placed 6th in a first season Lotus averaging a 1:32:00. I even got to bump wheels with Hamilton .
(Custom difficulty, intermediate AI with no assists and full simulation)

Ok, this is a career setup. Lets just say as soon as I found this setup I did P1 in Q3 in a Lotus, First Season career and had consistant laps until the tires wore down. I've struggled to make any real good laps on any track until now. I play legend mode with no assist what so ever, to top that off I like to add my own difficulty of Parc Ferme and not change things once Q1 starts.

I'll test this setup with a few adjustments to gear box and less rear wing and front wing, and stuff on a McLaren in TT. Most TT I have done I am in the top 500 and at this point most of the people ahead of me are using assists on the PC version. Not sure what you guys are seeing on the PS3 or Xbox versions. If I do something amazing in TT, I'll be sure to add my TT setup.

Used Sam's setup from page two after I couldn't get into the top half of the field after the first practice in season 1 with Virgin. I went on to take 1st in P2, P3, Q1, Q2 and Q3 and went on to win the race! It was my first win of the season!
