Is it possible to eliminate rain in the SOL mod?

I like rain climates but I don't want to have rain, I want to eliminate the drops on the glass and the sound of rain.
Rain smoke if I have managed to remove it.

Either way isn't there a "reduce rain by 100%" setting to be turned on on page... 4 or whereabouts on the SOL config menu?

(that menu is an in-game app, it is not in the outside settings)

Make a changing weather when onboard from weather app. Now choose only weather that doestn have rain. Worked for me!
