Is Adjustable Steering wheel possible?

Yes I know you can remove it, or use the other view that doesn't have it. However, some of us may want the wheel there, just out of the way of the instruments. Is it possible? I usually turn it off, but use it for some cars. Asking for the community (and I have no idea how to search for posts: this forum is a strange setup.)
