iracing sign up problem

hello guys, i recently want to sign up to be a new member of the iracing
but when i get in the sign up pages after choosing the package that i want.
I only see so many question mark in all the option below
how can i fix it, i check with all my browser including ie, firefox, chrome, even opera
or can anyone upload this pages screen so that i can understand the option i can fill in.

I believe their Nurburgring1000 promotion is still active. Google 'iRacing free trial' and it should come up.
