I'd wait and contact the support first, no point in paying full price now and not getting a refund when you can wait for an answer from then and pay full price if they can't help. That and IF you get a refund, it'll be as iRacing cash on your account, not paid back to you.

I just contacted them saying I tried the first invalid code they sent and ignored the second e-mail, but would reup at the offered 50% discount if the sent me a new valid code.

We'll wait and see

I think that offer is for existing (current?) members, so it may not work if you are trying to sign up for a new account.

wow, $49 for a whole year, quite tempted to buy the game, but i have no idea why im holding off, last time i gave it a chance i never connected with the cars on the ground (no feel for me) so that's probably holding me back, would love to race competively again

When was the last time you raced in iRacing? NTM5 is on some cars and it's feeling great.

last time, must have been 5-7 months ago when i took out a 1 month trial, maybe i didn't give it enough time or have the right settings, which a member pointed out to me that could be why i never connected with the car, im just worried if i spend all that money and then get it setup it's not what i expected
