installing G27 steering wheel profiler

Hi can some one please help I have downloaded the drivers for my G27 and when I try to install the profiler it keeps telling me to retry, e,g its like it is not finding my steering wheel but it is plugged in and green light is on the gear controller what will the problem be please send info to deanofinn@yahoo.co.uk

Same trouble whith g25 after reinstal win from 32 to 64
