Even happen with Kunos' official cars?
Every car (including MODs) in my system is working fine,
so I can't tell what's wrong with your AC.
Maybe you can use Steam's file check to repair your game system, and reinstall Initial D6 HUD,

Could you tell me what detect the rpm to change the tachometer display? I have Cappuccino mod that has high rpm (above 10000) but HUD uses 8000rpm tachometer.

The app detects car's static info "maxRpm" from AC's shared memory (using third party library "sim_info.py").
if there's no such data written within your car (maxRpm = 0), the tachometer will set to default (8000rpm).

if there's no such data written within your car (maxRpm = 0), the tachometer will set to default (8000rpm).

So in order to get the desired RPM in this tachometer display we have to do it manually?

I don't think so. I mean the post only says "my car" That's very vague from saying if it is from mod or official content

Mod can be poorly made which can conflict some issues with other materials

Vegetable Tsai updated Initial D6 HUD with a new update entry:

New Feature : Pedal Gauge

V1.3 update features a pedal gauge:
You can now enable pedal gauge in settings app.
It shows gas (in blue) and brake (in red) pedals in 27 steps
Experimental feature, may cause performance drop.

New Japanese tracks support:
Nanohanadai
Suzuka
Nikko Circuit
Tsukuba Circuit

If you have previous version installed, it's better to remove it before installing the update.
(By deleting IDAS6hud folder in apps/python/)

How Can we Add support for more Maps? Is there a way to generate a Track Map for this HUD like the original one does? It doesnt have a Track Map for even all the original Tracks from AC yet.

I guess It may conflicts with other apps, try disabling them one by one in options menu may help.

therees no install guide why say theres a install guide step by step is what is needed so far looks good cant get it to work without breaking my game

New Themes Available and Flickering Drift Light !

2 new themes:
Initial D Arcade Stage 5
Initial D Arcade Stage 7 AAX

Other changes and bug fixes:
Rev light support. (D7 theme only)
Flickering drift light by using openGL method. (D6 and D7 theme)
More Japanese tracks supported.
Updated textures for D6 theme.
You can now turn on/off pedal gauge without restart the game.
Fix the glitch that drift light may incorrectly display on some vehicles.

I seem to have a problem with this since its been updated, it was fine before but now the throttle and brake gauges dont seem to work properly any fix for this? at the moment i've got them disabled as it just looks awful now sadly.... see screenshot.

Try to set your HUD scale back to 100 temporally, I'm sorry that I forgot to apply scale settings to pedal gauge, I will update a hot-fix tomorrow. > <
