In Season Testing

Should F1 have more in season testing? Yes, costs will go up, smaller teams won't be able to afford to go etc etc...

But, wouldn't it be a benefit to the sport?

True, but what would you rather?
Predictable dry races and the odd mistake in wet races?
Or unpredictable races and the odd mistake in wet races?

I would prefer in season developments, limited to budgets with testing. As we have seen so far, this season is far from predictable and we do have some in season testing.

I am not a fan of teams using practice sessions to test new parts etc....there should be a set time table for this. If you miss the deadline then no upgrades.
