Impossible play in multiplayer!

Hi...
I bought and installed the game.
Everything works when I play off line, but when I try multiplayer mode and choose any free race (on one of the tracks available in the game), once loaded the track, on the next screen I hear the sounds of the box but in windows everything is white and my nickname remains under the server word!
I tried and tried again but I can not play online

As it sounds, you have activated the SPECTATOR mode.
When selecting Multiplayer, look in the OPTIONS, and set SPECTATOR MODE to NO.
