hi there...

i think wanna to tell about this mod because
ICE Mod 2017 are now release!...in Steam workshop.

its a fanastic mod with F1,Indycar,Formula E,Le mans LMP and GT3
all with new car 3d models(whiteout f1),over 200 real sponsors,real names etc..
plus a 35 livery pack.
you guys could try this one.

How must the Champions text file look like no one can descend and ascend?

Kekejohn, sometimes I really wonder. Haven't you seen the download link for the "NO PROMOTIONS" file in the description? I thought you use our mod, haven't you read the description?!

as what i see..F1 and Indy both false...FE true ok..FE allow "promotions" but to where?
since F1 and Indy is now close..like LMP are close so Bianspan can't promtions to LMP.
am i wrong?

Dude. It has a reason why it is the way it is and it will just work as you want.
If you set everything to FALSE the game will not load. It will not allow any promotions, just try it. Really.
We are modding the **** out of the game, you may just trust in what we did there with the no-promotions-file.

If you don't believe it, go ahead but if you get the perfect solution for it, that works, why not just accept it.

Because I try to understand and to question what happens there, how the individual changes affect. I do not know where your problem is? I mean you have made the MOD public, so questions are allowed and welcome I assume! @Longhorn76

Yeah I explained that it's the only way to get it work.
Set Formula E to "True" - sure cause who should ascent here? Same for GT2. Other stuff doesnt work.
Thats just the way it is.
