I need "Dedicated Servers for Dummies"

Hi all, I have my tail between my legs typing this. I hate asking about a subject that’s already been asked countless times with a sim that’s many years old, but I cannot figure out setting up a dedicated server to play across my LAN. When I start the server in ACSM, I get the “CALLING http://93.57.10.21/lobby.ashx/regis...ixed_setup=0&timed=0&extra=0&pit=0&inverted=0
RESPONSE: ERROR,INVALID SERVER,CHECK YOUR PORT FORWARDING SETTINGS
LOBBY COULD NOT BE RACHED, SHUTTING SERVER DOWN” in the log file.
Here is full log file ... https://drive.google.com/file/d/1vTAO2adAr1Km1_lNQr_l_0lNpj7Xbsmu/view?usp=sharing
Occasionally I don’t get this error, here’s one “Registering to AC central server
CALLINGhttp://93.57.10.21/lobby.ashx/register?name=CHGP&port=9600&tcp_port=9600&max_clients=4&track=magione&cars=bmw_m3_e30&timeofday=48&sessions=1&durations=1800&password=0&version=202&pickup=1&autoclutch=0&abs=1&tc=1&stability=0&legal_tyres=SV&fixed_setup=0&timed=0&extra=0&pit=0&inverted=0” but I still don’t see the server, and I am using a second computer to look. I don’t even care about racing with the hosting PC, I have plenty of PCs floating around.
Here is a pic of my port forward settings. [url=https://drive.google.com/file/d/1WKoTI5OgNHs4z5e_z8HvlL3WCGxN8pHR/view?usp=sharing] Google Drive Link
I have an HT2000 router/modem with Hughesnet. I haven’t done a static IP but I’ve been checking to make sure it didn’t change. Will deal with a static IP address later.
My windows firewall is disabled. Shouldn’t have to open ports in the firewall if it’s disabled right?
I’ve read through many threads and looked at the ACSM manual and this youtube vid, don’t know what I’m missing. I’m limited to racing PC2 currently as it’s the only multiplayer interface I can make sense of. RF2 dedicated server is even more confusing to me. I think I just don’t have a mind of networking, I like 3D modeling where I can usually see the problem!

So long as the Lan IP address points to the computer you are running ACServer on, your lan setting look correct.

Make absolutely certain that is the correct IP address.
Windows search type
CMD
in the cmd box type
ipconfig.

Note the ipv4 address does it match what you have on your router 192.168.42.8
If not change the address on the router to match.

I would also check with your internet supplier and ask do they block ports. (This maybe an issue with sat broadband)
