I cant see raindrops in SRP

I have Sol, CSP, and Content manager downloaded and working, when I go to my practice SRP map, and I set my Heavy rain on, my windshield wipers work, but nothing else, the fog and sky changes, but I don't see any raindrops or changes to the track. (I am opening from content manager.) Any help?
