DiRT Rally 2.0 HUD overlay with wheel visual for Dirt Rally 2.0

Hey folks. I can't find a mod that supports a visual representation of the wheel movement in 3rd person view. I'm having difficult driving from 3rd person because i can't see what the steering wheel is doing.

Anybody know where i can get a mod like the one in the video?
