just my curiosity though, why don't RD use HTTPS?
We are moving somewhere this year when we have time for it
thanks for the answer Bram.
the reason behind my question is when i visit some sites which don't use HTTPS/SSL, my internet provider will inject the ads intrusion script in the middle of site loading. which break the site entirely/prevent site to load (sometimes). as shown in the console :
the few ways to resolve this are using VPN/proxy bypass, or using NoScript add-on to block that script.
I wanted to ask just the same. I am living in a dormitory with 500 ppl, and everyone can easily get my password this way. The security of your users should be somewhere near priority 1.
Thank you for your attention.
Just noticed as the new Firefox flagged it up that the login is not https? I know there are no credit card details etc as payment is through Paypal, but some people may be alarmed as web browsers highlight things like this now.
Doesn't bother me, just thought I would ask. Ta.
It's in the pipeline, but I'm not sure how soon it'll actually happen...
