How to use the Example.cpp

Need help, how do you use the example.cpp file given as an plugin example?

I don't think it's a file for you to "use" so to speak. I think it's an example for the coding of plugins, so that modders can see how they work.

I just compiled the file and did a test run. It worked as should and wrote a bunch of information to a file. As Andy said it is just an example of how to write a code for a plugin dll. The example code itself is not really usable, but people can use it as starting point to write a Motec plugin etc...

so basically you have to create a DLL using the ms visual studio?

Yup. But there isn't much point using the dll of the example file. Its just an example of the structure of the code.
