NEVER MIND i just answered my own question, all u do is pick your track in RSRBR and click GO in Alone Mode, and then wait till it loads exit out and go to your RSRBR folder and RSRBR\RX_CONTENT\Tracks folder and it'll be there, just copy whatever's there from the Tracks folder into your RSF RX_CONTENT\Tracks folder and load & enjoy.
