So I'm no pro or anything, but I been using my g25 for a year and a half now. I found in profiler a lot of games don't require spring and damper effects. But it depends on the game, ffb is better in some than in others I have found. Now for my setups in degrees of rotation, which will save u lots of time

GT R: 237° rotation
Formula 1: not sure but I think its 200°
Rally Car(shift paddles): 450°

Yeah but those settings suck :) Biggest change i made over the years is to say bye bye to 200 degrees of rotation of the wheel. Currently at 450 degrees and feels so much better, especially with RWD. I can now really feel a slide coming and catch grip in time again. Also speedsensitive steering is now set to "0" instead of the default values. All other values remain default if i recall correctly

Did anyone find a way to feel a tyre lock-up with the G25 ? I tried to mess up with the controller file (the one specific to G25, particularly the "brake" parameters) and I have no success so far. In Rfactor, I can feel the G25 becoming very light when one of my tyre locks, but I am not able to reproduce this effect with GTR.
So atm, the only way to know my tires are stopped and sliding is with the smoke in the mirror... not very efficient. :/

Hi Luc,

I've spend so time in editing (wach out the FFB_GUIDE.zip in my attachment) the control file for GTR-Evo to get a feeling for under/oversteer.

Place the customFFB.rcs in the attached zip-File in your Controlset-Folder
"path_to_steam\STEAM\steamapps\your_username_\race 07\UserData\ControlSet\"

Check the settings for your g25 in the gamecontroller-menu. Choose the config file in the control-menu of GTR-Evo ->"Custom FFB G25" and adjust the FFb settings. Change the button association if you need to. Adjust the steering lock to ~30° in your car setup, if you use the full rotation of 900° with your g25.

I play Evo @60fps Vsync locked, if your fps are far from that search for D-section in the FFB-Guide.

Give me a feedback. :laugh2:
