F1 2011 How to set up my car?

Hey, im fairly new to f1, but I love the games and Ive been doing career mode ever since 2010.. but even though Ive been playing a lot it seems like every time I change something with the setup I cant notice or it is just worse.. I want to learn how to setup the car for ME and not just copy other setups I see.

Can anyone give me some detailed help in changing setups for me that I can be able to do it myself at every track?
because right now it seems like im not improving anymore and its frustrating.

If it is too difficult to explain maybe can you give me a link to a site that explains it well or something like that

Im also with Astrohm

I love F1 but I just can not get my setup to work right. I also dont have much free time to test a setup over and over to get it right but I will like to learn how things work. I also wanna say thank you to ppl who put in time to make a good race setup and are shareing them with us. Copying a setup is fine but I dont learn anything from it

Never rely on others

Always try to learn it yourself.

I have got pretty good setups for F1 2010 and they are not working with F1 2011.
