How to record a replay online?

Drive with your pal, start the saved replay afterwards and record it with OBS or your fav capturing software.

Correct, there is no instant replay like for example in ACC. Replays are saved in documents/assetto corsa/replay. Check tab "Media" in Content Manager in case you use it. If not, start using it.
