I have been trying to get my new improved geometry parts into the game with no success. The problem is that the game always loads the default models, not the new ones. A have also tried packing the new models inside GTR archive file and swapping it with defaults to no avail. I know that it is possible because some mods have complete new 3d models which replace stock ones?
If some modder can help me that would be great since I am planning to redo geometry on various cockpit items to improve all of the cars which together with upscaled textures which I have already done would would make the graphics much more up do date and a better experiance overall.
