How to get GSCE original car's data?

Hello everyone.
Back then when I've played rFactor 1, I used an extremely helpful tool called carstat ( http://www.rfactorcentral.com/detail.cfm?ID=CarStat ), which, based on the car's VEH file, gives us a great deal of information, such as tire optimal temperature, oil temperature, power x torque graphics, tire's grip decrease graphics, estimated pit times, and so on.

I've red that this little wonder also works on GSCE (after all, it's the rf1 engine under the hood), IF the VEH files are present. While it is valid for mods, unfortunatelly that's not true for original game content. As far as I know, all original cars (stock, marcas, and so on) have this information embedded in GSCE library, and therefore, cannot be read by carstat.

So, I wonder, is there a way to obtain this high valuable information somehow? Some program especifically designed to read this content?

Or, does a page of forum thread exists displaying this information? Does Reiza made this info public somewhere?

PS: I'm NOT looking for telemetry data, which MOTEC provides very well.

Thanks in advice!

Thanks for your reply.
If it IS encrypted, then no tool could 'easily' get the data.

Which brings us to the other possible solution: public awareness. Is this data public somehow? If not by Reiza itself, at least some compilation of users' experiences?
