Tracks How to edit barrier collision detection?

One thing I haven't been able to figure out is when I move a barrier it does not move where the collision detection is, so for example: say I move a barrier back 10 meters and load up the track, the barrier now shows up 10 meters back, but the car still stops at the position where the barrier originally was. How do I get the track to use the collision of the new barrier position?
PS I'm using 3DSimed.
 
You need to move the 1WALL object not just the visual mesh. They tend to be set not to render since they're collision only, and usually combine a bunhc of objects so likely you need to edit the faces directly.
