How to create horn

Hey guys, a friend of me and i are trying to make a car for assetto corsa, we figured out everything except one thing, we dont know how to set horn, can someone help please?

It's the horn event in the soundbank, example one might be silent because it's (iirc) for the Formula Abarth which has no horn.

how do you open this sound bank?

You can't open sound banks, you just have to start a new one from the formula abarthp roject.
