F1 2010 How to: add mods to the game?

How do i add mods to f1 what programs is easy to use thanks

OK 99.9% of the RAR files have the folder name (Frontend,Car,ETC) just backup (Copy and paste the stock folder to a folder to desktop or something) and copy the whole folder in there and it should over write everything and there u go Hope this helps a little
